Terms of Use for this website
We offer a 1 year guarantee on our products, from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply return the empty and unused portions of the product for a full merchandise refund or exchange. No questions asked!
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Representatives by email at Customer.Support@HCBL.com or 1-800-544-4225 immediately for a replacement product to be sent out, free of charge, to you.
There is no need to contact us prior to returning your product; however, if you would like to speak with someone regarding a return, you may email Customer Service at Customer.Support@HCBL.com or call 1-800-544-4225.
Returns should include your name, address, packing list (if available), and a quick note stating the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Requests for exchanges or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Please allow 7-14 days (not including delivery time for mailed refund checks) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit.
Orders are shipped the next business day!
We realize how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible. That is why we do not wait a minute longer than we need to in order to get your package on its way to you. We pride ourselves on being customer-driven and are happy to offer a short processing time in order to get your shipment on its way to you.
Orders with standard shipping may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex Ground Services and may take up to 10 business days for delivery. If you do not receive your package within 10 business days, please contact our Customer Service Representatives by email Customer.Support@HCBL.com or phone 1-800-544-4225 for a reshipment.
Expedited shipping for an additional cost is available to most customers. Military addresses and PO Boxes are not eligible for expedited (Fedex Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery) at this time.
